Chapter 8 Effect Utilities
Permitting writing to specified registers – F6 (UNLOCK)
Use the following procedure.
1
Press F6 (UNLOCK).
The legend "UNLOCK" appears in the numeric keypad area.

Enter the number of the first register to be write-permitted
using the numeric keypad, and press the ENTER button.
Alternatively, click on the register number displayed on the
screen, using the mouse.
The entered register number appears in the numeric keypad
area followed by a dash. (e.g. "UNLOCK 12 –")

Enter the number of the last register to be write-permitted
using the numeric keypad, and press the ENTER button.
Alternatively, click on the register number displayed on the
screen, using the mouse.
This permits writing to the registers in the specified range.
To write-permit only the register whose number was
entered in step 2
In step 3, without entering a register number, simply press the
ENTER button.
