Use F3 (˘) and F4 (≥) to display the required source file
number in green, and then press F5 (SELECT). Alternatively,
click on the register number displayed on the screen, using the
mouse.
To select all of the files, press F6 (ALL).
A blue bar appears attached to the specified register number,
and the soft key indication for F8 changes to "OK".
Repeat step 3 as necessary, if you wish to copy more than one
file.

Press F8 (OK) or the ENTER button.
A message appears as follows.
(In this example, 12 has been specified as the source file
number.)
COPY 12 to: Input number

Enter the destination file number using the numeric keypad,
and press the ENTER button.
This executes the copy operation.
To cancel the copy operation
Press F7 (CANCEL).
When you specified more than one source file
Once one file has been copied, the system prompts again with
the next source file number. Enter the corresponding
destination file number using the numeric keypad, and press
the ENTER button.
This process is repeated until all of the source files have been
copied.
