DUST MODIFY Settings – 22.2
The afterimage of a recursive effect leaves a stardust trail.
In the FREEZE & RECUR menu, press F8 (DUST MODIFY) to
display the DUST MODIFY menu.

The following are some of the operations carried out in this menu.
Leaving afterimage stardust trails – F2 (DUST MODIFY)
Use the following procedure.

Press F2 (DUST MODIFY), turning it on.

Adjust the parameters as follows.
• Left knob ("Vol"): video level of the stardust trail portion (0
to 100%)
• Center knob ("Levl"): degree of leaving stardust trails of
afterimage (0 to 100%)
• Right knob ("Soft"): edge softness of stardust trail (0 to
100%)
Selecting the stardust trail pattern – F3 (DUST
PATTERN)
Use the following procedure.

Press F3 (DUST PATTERN), and select either of the two
stardust trail patterns.

Set the stardust trail size parameters.
• Left knob ("H"): horizontal size (0 to 100%)
• Center knob ("V"): vertical size (0 to 100%)
• Right knob ("All"): horizontal and vertical size (***)
