The channel selection buttons have three
states, with the following meanings:
Off: This channel is inactive, that is, not
selected for operation.
Lit green: This channel is the reference
channel, that is, is active, and is the
channel displayed for menu
operations. There is always one
channel which is the reference
channel.
Lit red: This channel is active, but is not
the reference channel. The buttons
for all active channels other than the
reference channel are always lit red.
• To make one channel only active, press
the corresponding channel button. The
button lights green, and the channel is
then the reference channel.
• To make more than one channel active,
hold down the button for the channel you
wish to make the reference channel, and
press the button or buttons for the other
active channels.
The button for the reference channel
lights green, and the other active channel
buttons light red.
