ERROR CODE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
When a user tried to perform Scan to File with NetWare
protocol even though the NetWare setting is disabled, a
message notifies the user that NetWare service is disabled.
Check if the Netware setting is enabled.
Power failure
Check if the power cable is connected properly and it is
inserted securely.
Check if the power voltage is unstable.
Job status is invalid.
Turn the power OFF and then back ON. Perform the job in
error again.
If the error still occurs, check that there is no job, and format
the HDD with [5] + [C] + [START].
Memory in the USB folder is not sufficient.
If there is a job in progress, perform the job in error again
after the job in progress is finished. If the error still occurs,
turn the power OFF and then back ON, and then perform the
job in error again.
Job status is invalid.
Turn the power OFF and then back ON. Perform the job in
error again.
