Abnormal operation
This information describes the details of error messages displayed when entering passwords and the corrective action
thereof.
[Separate entry]
Error message
A password has not been entered.
The password is incorrect.
[Batch input]
Error message
The range start is not input.
The range end is not input.
A password has not been entered.
The range start is not input.
The range is illegal.
The range end is illegal.
The password is incorrect.

Error details
This is displayed when trying to confirm
a password before entering the pass-
word.
This is displayed when trying to confirm
a password entered using less than 4
characters.
Error details
This is displayed when the [BATCH SET-
TINGS] menu key is pressed before en-
tering the start of the range.
This is displayed when the [BATCH SET-
TINGS] menu key is pressed before en-
tering the end of the range.
This is displayed when the [BATCH SET-
TINGS] menu key is pressed before en-
tering the password.
This is displayed when the [Batch Set-
tings] menu key is pressed while the start
of the range is not within the range of
numbers in the list.
This is displayed when the [Batch Set-
tings] menu key is pressed while the start
of the range is higher than the end.
This is displayed when the [BATCH SET-
TINGS] menu key is pressed while the
end of the range is not within the range
of numbers in the list.
This is displayed when the [BATCH SET-
TINGS] menu key is pressed while the
password entered is less than 4 charac-
ters.

Remedy
Enter the password before confirming
it.
Correctly enter the 4-character pass-
word before confirming it.
Remedy
Enter the start of the range before
pressing the [BATCH SETTINGS]
menu key.
Enter the end of the range before
pressing the [BATCH SETTINGS]
menu key.
Enter the password before pressing the
[BATCH SETTINGS] menu key.
Edit the start of the range and then
press the [Batch Settings] menu key
again.
Edit the start of the range so that it is
higher than the end and then press the
[Batch Settings] menu key again.
Edit the end of the range and then
press the [BATCH SETTINGS] menu
key again.
Edit the password with all 4 characters
before pressing the [BATCH SET-
TINGS] menu key.
