Edit Number Suffix, and Edit Suffix softkeys are grayed out (inactive).

——Alt Keywords
(File, Site, and so forth) can be selected just like a single
character. These keywords can also be edited. See Edit
Keywords.

to cancel edits and return to the previous menu.

to save changes and return to previous softkey menu.
Edit Number Suffix
– Sets the Auto Append number suffix formatting (e.g.,
"0001").
Couplings: Auto Append must be set to "Number". This softkey is inactive
(grayed out) when Auto Append == Date.
Edit Suffix
to edit the suffix using the labeler. For more information on the
Edit Suffix softkey menu refer to the Edit Prefix softkey menu descriptions
above. (Default == UserSuffix).
Couplings: For this softkey to be active, the Prefix/Suffix softkey must be set

Back
to return to the previous menu.
