When the function is enabled, motor pre-exciting is started
until the function becomes invalid.
After this command becomes valid, the power consumption
quantity quantity of the VFD will be zeroed out.
When the function is enabled, the present operation of the
quantity VFD does not impact the power consumption quantity.
The torque upper limit is set through the keypad when the
command is valid.
