Toner Supply Control

Toner is supplied from the Toner Container to the Hopper Unit. The toner level in the Toner Container is detected at the same
time.

Toner in the Hopper Unit is stirred.
Toner is supplied from the Hopper Unit to the Developing Assembly.
Developer (toner and carrier) in the Developing Assembly is stirred and is sup-
plied to the Developing Cylinder.
The rotation of the Toner Supply Screw is detected and the amount of toner
supplied to the Developing Assembly is counted.
The rotation of the Toner Bottle is detected.
The behavior of the Toner Bottle Replacement Door Open Link is detected.
Toner full in the hopper is detected.
The ratio of developer (toner + carrier) in the Developing Assembly is detected.
The Toner Supply Screw rotation is turned on/off.
The Toner Bottle is rotated. The Toner Bottle Replacement Door is opened.
The screw and the Developing Cylinder in the Developing Assembly are driven.
