Block Diagram of Clock Generation Section

The clock generation section consists of the following six blocks:
• System clock generation circuit
• Sub clock generation circuit
• PLL multiplying circuit
• Clock selector
• Clock select register (CKSCR)
• Oscillation stabilization wait time selector
