UDC Interruption Enable Register (UDCIE)

The UDC interrupt enable register (UDCIE) is a register that allows each interrupt factor
in the UDC status register to be raised as an interrupt bit wisely except CONFN.

The function of each bit in the UDC interrupt register (UDCIE) is described in the following.
[bit 15] VOFFIE:VBUS cutting interruption permission bit
It allows an interrupt due to the interrupt factor for the UDC status register "VOFF" to be generated.
