3M-BIT FLASH MEMORY

This chapter describes the functions and operations of

3M-bit flash memory.

There are three methods for writing and erasing date on

flash memory as described in the following.

• Programming and erasing by executing program

• Writing by cereal writer

• Flash memory writer
