Absolute position detection system

1. In incremental system:
Zero point return could not be
made.
2. In absolute position detection
system:
Zero point setting could not be
made.
Voltage of battery for absolute
position detection system reduced.
There is a possibility that
regenerative power may exceed
permissible regenerative power of
built-in regenerative brake resistor
or regenerative brake option.
There is a possibility that overload
1 (error code: 2050) or overload 2
(error code: 2051) may occur.
Parameter is outside the setting
range.
EM1-EM2 open.
Servo system controller
emergency stop was input.
Servo ON (SON) signal was turned
ON with main circuit power OFF.
Definition
1. Battery cable is open.
2. Battery voltage dropped to 2.8V or less.
Droop pulses remaining are greater than the in-
position range setting.
Battery voltage dropped to 3.2V or less.
Regenerative power increased to 85% of
permissible regenerative power of built-in
regenerative brake resistor or regenerative brake
option.
Load increased to 85% or more of overload 1 (error
code: 2050) or overload 2 (error code: 2051)
occurrence level.
Parameter was set from AD75 to value outside
setting range.
External emergency stop was made valid.
(EM1-EM2 opened)
1. EMG (pin 6) or EMG* (pin 16) in SSCNET cable
is open.
2. Servo amplifier connector faulty
3. AD75 connector faulty
