Slight vibration suppression function selection
When " Pr.149 Servo parameter transmission setting" is set to "F003
" Pr.108 Auto tuning" is set to "2: Manual mode", the function to suppress
vibration at a stop can be made valid.

Motor-less operation selection
When motor-less operation is valid, signals can be output or the status displayed
without connection of the servomotor.
