set qos rtcp

Privilege:Configure
Description: set qos rtcp { {enable|disable} | monIP <ipaddress>
reportper <seconds> | listenport <portno> }
Permits the setup of RTCP parameters; enabling or disabling RTCP
reporting capability, setting the IP address of the monitor, setting
the reporting period (default= 5 sec.), and defining the listening
port number.
