Type II entries relate to those types of features that have a numeric value. An example is "Logged-in ACD
Agents." Each type II entry has two values associated with it, a lower limit value (V1), and an upper limit
value (V2). V1 is never greater than V2. The following conditions are possible as shown in
Table 97. Type II and Type III Feature License Behavior
