B4: CHECK CIRCUIT 31S-BB16 (BK/RD) FOR OPEN
B5: CHECK CIRCUIT 31S-BB16 (BK/RD) FOR OPEN
B6: CHECK CIRCUIT 31S-BB16 (BK/RD) FOR OPEN
All except vehicles with diesel engines.
Ignition switch in position 0.

Disconnect PCM C415.

Measure the resistance between the starter relay

C1017 pin 2, circuit 31S-BB16 (BK/RD), harness
side and PCM C415 pin 27, 31S-BB16 (BK/RD),
harness side.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
CHECK the PCM. REFER to WDS.
No
REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal
operation.
Ignition switch in position 0.

Disconnect PCM C414.

Measure the resistance between the starter relay
3
C1017 pin 2, circuit 31S-BB16 (BK/RD), harness
side and PCM C414 pin 21, 31S-BB16 (BK/RD),
harness side.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
CHECK the PCM. REFER to WDS.
No
REPAIR the circuit. TEST the system for normal
operation.
Ignition switch in position 0.

Disconnect PCM C416.

Measure the resistance between the starter relay
3
C1017 pin 2, circuit 31S-BB16 (BK/RD), harness
side and PCM C416 pin 32, 31S-BB16 (BK/RD),
harness side.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
CHECK the PCM. REFER to WDS.
No
