Installation
Transit/Tourneo Connect 2002.5 (06/2002-)
1. Remove the fuel filter.
Refer to: Fuel Filter - 1.8L Duratorq-TDCi (Lynx)
Diesel (310-01A Fuel Tank and Lines, Removal
and Installation).
CAUTION: Make sure that the inside of

the pipe ends are clean and free of oil
residue.
NOTE: Make a note of the orientation of the
charger air cooler clamp.
1. Torque: 4 Nm
2. Torque: 9 Nm
NOTE: The gaskets are to be reused unless

damaged.
General Equipment:

NOTE: Only tighten the nut and bolts finger
