4. Detach the air cleaner outlet pipe and the
positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose from
the engine.
5. Remove the air cleaner.
For additional information, refer to:
(303-12 Intake Air Distribution and Filtering,
Removal and Installation).
Disconnect the intake air temperature
(IAT) sensor electrical connector.
6. CAUTION: If brake fluid is spilt on the
paintwork, the affected area must be
immediately washed down with cold water.
NOTE: Plug the clutch slave cylinder supply
line.
Disconnect the clutch slave cylinder supply line
from the clutch slave cylinder.
Remove the spring clip.
7. Detach the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) electrical
wiring harness from the transaxle.
8. Disconnect the reversing lamp switch electrical
connector.
