usage : Format: channel_ipl <opcode> [<iorsflevel>]

Meaning
Basic or additional information: This message is output if the channel_ipl program has
been called without arguments or may be output together with the error messages ..IM001
invalid opcode: <oc> and ..IM001 too many operands, in which case it specifies
the permissible operation codes.
Optional arguments are specified in square brackets.

Software or user error: The channel_ipl program was called with an incorrect operation
code <oc>.
