GROUP SUMMARY : ON/OFF
STATUS : Active/inactive
AUTO PRINT : ON/OFF
STAFtT TIME : hh:mm
PERIOD : nn minutes

DUFIATION : nn periods
AGENT SHlFr : ON/OFF
Cancels the show command.

QUIT Command
This softkey command allows the user to exit from the ACD REPORT mode at the
console or terminal.
