Press the Erase Msg softkey.
There is a message waiting indication
at your set.
The attendant reads the message and
cancels the message wafting
indication.
The message waiting indication
disappears.

Notes: 1. The message waiting indication may be:
a. A message on the display of a
SUPERSET 4, SUPERSET420, SUPERSET4DN
or a
SUPERSET 430 telephone.

b. A continuously flashing lamp on the extension (if equipped) and/or item c (below).
c. A distinctive ringing pattern every 20 minutes. The set rings with this distinctive ringing
pattern if the extension was busy, or had Do Not Disturb set or until Message Waiting
is cancelled.
