Searching
for a Particular
Room Type
1.
From the House Statistics screen, press the
Room Search softkey.
2.
Press the Room Type softkey.
3.
Enter the code for the room type, or enter 0 for ail
room types.
4.
Press the Return hardkey.
5.
To display the next nine rooms, press the Page
Down softkey.
To display the previous nine rooms meeting the
search criieria, press the Page Up softkey.
6.
To return to the House Statistis
screen, press the
Quit softkey twice.
To go to the room update screen displaying
information
about the indicated room, press the
Room Update softkey.
To search for another room type, press the Enter
softkey.
The softkeys show the various kinds of
searches that can be selected.
You are prompted to enter the code for
the kind of rooms you want to search,
for instance, single rooms.
if 0 is entered, ail guest rooms are
displayed in order of room number.
Ail rooms of the required type are
displayed in numerical order.

This key only appears if there is at
least one more room matching the
search criieria.
This key only appears if there is at
least one room that has scrolled off the
top of the display.
If fhe room code entered is nof valid,
the following prompt appears: No
Rooms Found.
Enter Choice.
/f the room code entered is over 50,
the terminal beeps and the code is not
accepted.
Notes:
1. The Room Type softkey is used to search for a particular room type, such as single
rooms or double rooms.

2. Each type of room has a distinct COS programmed
in CDE. This COS number is the
code for that type of room. There can be up to 50 COS.
