1. When the Message Register field is highlighted, a Clear Msg Reg softkey appears. This
softkey resets the message register to zero.
2. This field is only displayed if Message Register Applies(COS 703) is enabled for a guest
room.
,3. Asinglt+line report can be automatically generated before clearing.

From the House Statistics screen or a search
The Room Update screen is displayed.

softkey. The screen changes. The four states
are presented as softkeys. They are:
Clean Room has been cleaned by a
maid.
Dirty
Room has not been cleaned.
Out of Serv Room is not in service,
To Inspect
Room has been cleaned
by a maid but must be inspected by a
supervisor.
4. Select one of the choices by pressing the key
