File management

Use the File Mgt tab to view existing system logs. Select a file to display its details in the Preview
field. Click the View button to display the file's entire contents. Once viewed, the user has the
option of clearing the file or transferring the file to a user-defined location.
To view the Log options:
1. Select Diagnostics > System Logging from the main menu tree.
2. Select the File Mgmt tab.

d. Optionally, use the Server 3 parameter to specify the numerical (non DNS name) IP
address of a third syslog server to log system events if the first two syslog servers are
unavailable.
NOTE
255.255.255.255 is accepted as a valid entry for the IP address of a logging server.
Use the Logging aggregation time parameter to define the increment (or interval) system
events are logged (0-60 seconds). The shorter the interval, the sooner the event is logged.
