Displays the user defined interface name. The corresponding statistics are
displayed along the row. The statistics are the total traffic to the interface since its
creation.
Bytes In
Displays the number of bytes coming into the interface. The status is not
self-updated. To view the current status, click the Details button.
Packets In
Displays the number of packets coming into the interface (including packets
dropped, error packets, etc.)
Packets In Dropped
Displays the number of dropped packets coming into the interface. Packets are
dropped if:
The input queue for the hardware device/software module handling the interface
definition is saturated/full.
Overruns occur when the interface receives packets faster than it can transfer
them to a buffer.
