Command 5-1 controls screen display output.

The blink cycle and blink duty ratio are controlled for the characters for which blinking control is
specified (MBL = 1) by the character data set 2 command (command 2). They are also controlled
for the sprite characters for which sprite character blinking control is specified (SBL = 1) by the
sprite character control 2 command (command 8-2).
