REASSEMBLY
NOTICE:
When using a vise, do not overtighten it.

Using SST and a hammer, tap in a new bushing to the idler arm
braket.

COAT WITH MOLYBDENUM DISULFIDE LITHIUM
BASE GREASE
(See page SR−89)
INSTALL 2 BUSHINGS
SST 09950−60010 (09951−00300),
09950−70010 (09951−07200)
INSTALL OIL SEAL
Coat a new oil seal lip with molybdenum disulfide lithium
base grease.
Install the oil seal.
INSTALL IDLER ARM
Install the idler arm to the bracket.
Install the plate washer and nut.
Torque: 78 N·m (800 kgf·cm, 58 ft·lbf)
MEASURE IDLER ARM ROTATING TORQUE
(See page SR−91)
INSTALL IDLER ARM BRACKET CAP
Apply sealant to a new cap end.
Sealant: Part No.08826−00090, THREE BOND 1281 or
equivalent
Using SST, tap in the idler arm bracket cap.
