The F
MC-16LX has the following 2 addressing modes:
Linear addressing
An entire 24-bit address is specified by an instruction.
Bank addressing.
The eight high-order bits of an address are specified by an appropriate bank register, and the remaining 16
low-order bits are specified by an instruction.
