Softkey information does not download to the ADSI set

Application
Use this procedure to determine why softkey information does not download
to the subscriber set.
Definition
A complaint indicates that the Analog Display Services Interface (ADSI) set
of the subscriber does not contain downloaded softkey definitions. As a result,
the softkeys on the set do not function correctly.

Note: The CLASS modem resource (CMR) card NT6X78 can go out of
service in the active unit. If the card goes out of service, the operating
company personnel can busy, replace, load, and return the card to service.
The operating company personnel do not need to execute these operations
on the whole unit.
