Determine the result of injecting bit errors.
Note: In the example in step 51, the number of bit errors received appears
to the right of Rx Bit Errors.
Subtract the result of the HSL C7BERT recorded in step 49 from the result
obtained in step 51. This action checks for correct bit error rate (BER) circuit
operation.
