Determine the state of each channel.
If the channel state

Select a manual-busy channel to return to service.

and press Enter.

To return the channel to service, type

and press Enter.
Repeat steps 17 to 18 for each manual-busy channel.
Go to step 20.
Determine if the channels are in service.
