Restoring far-end service for a D-channel
ISDN PRI single D-channel
Application
Use this procedure to return a D-channel to service when the far end office is
out of service.
Definition
The D-channel is in the remote-not-responding (RNR) state. The RNR state
indicates that the far-end office is not responding. Log ISDN105 can generate.
