The internal self-test of the system
finds an error.
Replace the unit with the common procedures sequence of removing and
replacing a TOPS MPX terminal. To begin, go to Removing a TOPS MPX
terminal from service . If the TOPS MPX position is replaced and the problem
persists, contact the next level of maintenance.
