Functionality

Local/Remote control is by default realized through the R/L button on the front panel. The
control via binary input can be enabled by setting the value of the LR control setting to
"Binary input".
The actual Local/Remote control state is evaluated by the priority scheme on the function
block inputs. If more than one input is active, the input with the highest priority is selected.
The actual state is reflected on the CONTROL function outputs. Only one output is active
at a time.

1) If station authority is not in use, the CTRL_STA input is interpreted as CTRL_REM.
The station authority check based on the IEC 61850 command originator category in
control command can be enabled by setting the value of the Station authority setting to
"Station, Remote" (The command originator validation is performed only if the LR
control setting is set to "Binary input"). The station authority check is not in use by default.
