Engine - gearbox assembly: Removal - Refitting

a Unclip:
- the clip (1) on each of the turbocharging pressure
regulation pipes,
- the clip (2) on the anti-pumping valve pipe.
a Disconnect:
- the turbocharging pressure regulation pipes,
- the anti-pumping valve pipe,
- the connector (3) from the turbocharging pressure
regulation solenoid valve,
- the connector (4) from the double non-return valve
on the brake servo.

a Undo the clip (5) for the air pipe at the outlet of the
air filter box on the turbocharger side.
a Disconnect the air filter unit air outlet pipe on the tur-
bocharger side.
a Drain:
- the cooling system (see 19A, Cooling, Cooling
system: Draining - Refilling, page 19A-16) ,
- the engine, if necessary (see 10A, Engine and
cylinder block assembly, Engine oil: Draining -
Refilling, page 10A-100) ,
- the refrigerant circuit using a refrigerant charging
station (see Refrigerant circuit: Draining - Fill-
ing) (62A, Air conditioning).

a Drain the gearbox (see Manual gearbox oils:
Draining - Filling) (21A, Manual gearbox).
a Remove:
- the air filter unit (see 12A, Fuel mixture, Air filter
unit: Removal - Refitting, page 12A-13) ,
- the air outlet pipe of the air filter unit,
- the petrol injection computer (see 17B, Petrol in-
jection, Petrol injection computer: Removal -
Refitting, page 17B-30) ,
- the engine undertray bolts,
- the engine undertray,
