Crankshaft accessories pulley: Removal - Refitting

REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Parts always to be replaced:
- the crankshaft accessories pulley bolt,
- the crankshaft accessories pulley.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the new crankshaft accessories pulley,
- the new crankshaft accessories pulley bolt, locking
the engine flywheel using a screwdriver.
a Torque tighten the crankshaft accessories pulley
bolt (40 Nm + 110˚ ± ± ± ± 10˚).
III - FINAL OPERATION.
a Refit:
- the engine undertray,
- the engine undertray bolts.
a Tighten the engine undertray bolts.
a Refit:
- the accessories belt (see 11A, Top and front of
engine, Accessories belt: Removal - Refitting,
page 11A-13) ,
- the front right-hand wheel arch liner (see Front
wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting) (MR 416,
55A, Exterior protection),
- the front right-hand wheel (see Wheel: Removal -
Refitting) (MR 415, 35A, Wheels and tyres),
- the engine cover.
