II - REMOVAL OPERATION FOR PART

a Remove the air filter box.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART

a
Note:
Ensure that the air filter unit is correctly clipped
onto the air resonator.
a Refit the air filter box.
II - FINAL OPERATION.
a Refit the turbocharger control solenoid valve onto its
mounting.
a Clip the air flowmeter electrical wiring onto the air fil-
ter air outlet pipe.
a Fit the air filter unit air outlet pipe onto the air filter
unit.
a Torque tighten the air filter box air outlet pipe clip
on the air flowmeter side (5.5 Nm).
a Connect the air flowmeter connector.
a Position the Protection and Switching Unit mounting.
a Connect the Protection and Switching Unit connec-
tors.

Note:
When fitting the Protection and Switching Unit
wiring, ensure that the sealing grommets are cor-
rectly positioned.
a Position and clip the Protection and Switching Unit
into its mounting.
a Refit the Protection and Switching Unit cover.
a Pull down the red Protection and Switching Unit cov-
er handle.
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (MR 415, 80A, Battery).
