Timing belt: Removal - Refitting

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit a new timing belt tensioning roller.
a Fit the timing belt tensioning roller lug (18) in the cyl-
inder head groove (19) .
a Refit the timing belt tensioning roller bolt.
a Engage the tool (Mot. 1430) (20) in the holes of the
camshaft pulley hub and of the cylinder head using
an 18 mm offset wrench, if necessary.
a Check that:
- the mark (21) on the high pressure pump is offset
by one tooth to the right of the vertical axis (22) ,
- the crankshaft is properly resting against the TDC
setting pin (with the crankshaft timing sprocket col-
let (23) at the top).

a Remove the lower bolt (24) from the camshaft pulley
hub.
a Loosen the two other camshaft pulley wheel bolts by
one turn.
