Engine - gearbox assembly: Removal - Refitting

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove:
- the right-hand suspended engine mounting (see
19D, Engine mounting, Right-hand suspended
engine mounting: Removal - Refitting, page
19D-51) ,
- the left-hand suspended engine mounting (see
19D, Engine mounting, Left-hand suspended
engine mounting: Removal - Refitting, page
19D-1) ,
- the engine - gearbox assembly.
a Raise the vehicle.
a Move aside the « engine - gearbox » assembly.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: turbocharger air
cooler air inlet pipe seal (10,09,04,04)
parts always to be replaced: turbocharger air
cooler air outlet pipe seal (10,09,04,05)
a Remove:
- the intercooler air outlet pipe seal at the intercooler
end using a tweezers,
- the intercooler air inlet pipe seal at the intercooler
end using a tweezers.

Note:
Check that the intercooler air inlet pipe seals are
fitted the right way round.
a Refit:
- a new seal for the intercooler air outlet pipe at the
intercooler end,
- a new seal for the intercooler air inlet pipe at the in-
tercooler end.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Position the « engine - gearbox » assembly under
the vehicle.
a Lower the vehicle.
a Refit:
- the left-hand suspended engine mounting (see
19D, Engine mounting, Left-hand suspended
engine mounting: Removal - Refitting, page
19D-1) ,
- the right-hand suspended engine mounting (see
19D, Engine mounting, Right-hand suspended

III - FINAL OPERATION
a Remove:
- the (Mot. 1390),
