a Unclip the heater matrix cooling pipe at (7) .
a Use the tool (Mot. 1448) to separate the clip (8) on
the cooling pipe of the exhaust gas cooler.
a Disconnect the cooling pipe from the exhaust gas
cooler.

a Use the tool (Mot. 1448) to separate the clips (9) on
the water chamber cooling pipes.
a Disconnect the water chamber cooling pipes.
