REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (MR 415, 02A, Lifting equip-
ment).
a Remove:
- the engine undertray bolts,
- the engine undertray.
a Drain the engine oil (see 10A, Engine and cylinder
block assembly, Engine oil: Draining - Refilling,
page 10A-100) .
a Remove the oil filter (see 10A, Engine and cylinder
block assembly, Oil filter: Removal - Refitting,
page 10A-117) .
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
49 Nm
a Fit the (Ms. 583) on the oil-water heat exchanger
cooling hoses (1) .
a Remove the clips (2) from the oil-water heat ex-
changer cooling hoses using the (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the oil-water heat exchanger cooling
hoses.
a Remove:
- the nipple (3) from the oil-water heat exchanger,
- the oil cooler.
