Inlet distributor: Removal - Refitting

a Remove:
- in order the inlet manifold bolts,
- the intake distributor,
- the intake distributor seal.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATIONS OPERATION
a Always replace:
- the intake distributor seal,
- the throttle valve seal.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the inlet manifold.
a Without tightening, fit:
- the inlet manifold bolts,
- the intake distributor upper bolts.
FUEL MIXTURE

a Tighten to torque and in order the intake distributor
lower bolts (27 Nm).
a Torque tighten the intake distributor upper bolts
(20 Nm).
III - FINAL OPERATION.
a Refit the dipstick.
a Remove the blanking plugs.
a Connect:
- the fuel return pipe union on the intake distributor,
- the brake servo pipe union on the intake distributor,
- the oil vapour rebreathing hose on the intake dis-
tributor.
a Clip:
- the fuel return pipe on the intake distributor,
- the oil vapour rebreathing hose on the intake dis-
tributor.
a Fit the throttle valve.
a Refit the throttle valve bolts.
a Torque tighten the throttle valve bolts (10 Nm).
a Connect:
- the air filter box air outlet pipe on the throttle valve,
- the oil vapour rebreathing hose on the rocker cov-
er.
a Torque tighten the air filter box air outlet pipe clip
on the throttle valve (5.5 Nm).
