TOP AND FRONT OF ENGINE
Crankshaft accessories pulley: Removal - Refitting
M4R
- the crankshaft accessories pulley bolt,
- the (Mot. 1789).
a Tighten:
- the bolt of the (Mot. 1789) on the cylinder block,
- to torque the crankshaft accessories pulley bolt
(initial torque) (68 Nm).
a Loosen the crankshaft accessories pulley bolts.
a Torque and angle tighten the crankshaft accesso-
ries pulley bolt (30 Nm + 60).
a Loosen the bolt of the (Mot. 1789) on the cylinder
block.
a Remove the (Mot. 1789).
III - FINAL OPERATION.
a Refit:
- the accessories belt (see 11A, Top and front of
engine, Accessories belt: Removal - Refitting,
page 11A-13) ,
- the front right-hand wheel arch liner (see Front
wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting) (MR 416,
55A, Exterior protection),
- the front right-hand wheel (see Wheel: Removal -
Refitting) (MR 415, 35A, Wheels and tyres),
- the engine cover.
