Camshaft position sensor: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Remove the front engine cover.
a Remove:
- the nut (1) from the cooling radiator top hose on the
intercooler air inlet pipe,
- the bolts (2) from the intercooler air inlet pipe on the
intake distributor.
a Rotate the intercooler air inlet pipe clip (3) on the tur-
bocharger side.

a Remove:
- the cooling radiator top hose,
- the intercooler inlet air pipe.
II - REMOVAL OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Disconnect the connector (4) from the camshaft po-
sition sensor.
a Remove:
- the nut (5) from the camshaft position sensor,
- the camshaft position sensor,
- the camshaft position sensor seal.
