Drive plate: Removal - Refitting

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Fit the drive plate by positioning the pin (2) of the
crankshaft in the hole (3) of the drive plate.
a Fit the new drive plate bolts without tightening them.
a Fit the flywheel locking tool (Mot. 1431).
a Torque tighten to angle in order the drive plate
bolts (25 N.m + 55˚ ± ± ± ± 6˚).
a Remove the flywheel locking tool (Mot. 1431).
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Remove the engine from component support (see
Engine support equipment: Use) .
a Couple the gearbox to the engine (see Automatic
gearbox: Removal - Refitting) (23A, Automatic
transmission).
a Refit:
- the engine - gearbox assembly (see 10A, Engine
and cylinder block assembly, Engine - gearbox

- the right-hand suspended engine mounting (see
