Stops the converter output if a data writing error
or any other memory error occurs (when the
checksums of the EEPROM and RAM do not
match).
Er2
Displays "Er2" upon detection of a wire break in
initial communication with the keypad.
This does not affect the converter operation.

Activated if a CPU error occurs.
Er4
Stops the converter output if a fatal error
(including no power supply connection) occurs
in the master unit in the network.
Er6
Stops the converter output upon detection of an
error in the operation procedure.
Er8
Stops the converter output upon detection of a
failure in the A/D converter circuit.
Erb
Stops the converter output upon detection of an
optical cable break or a fatal error in the optical
option.
IPE
Activated when the IPM's self-diagnosis
function works due to an overcurrent or
overheat.
