011 = DPWM 3 Sync Output
100 = Value from SYNC_OUT (Bit 1)
101 = Value from CLKOUT signal in TSAR Module
110 = Low-Frequency Oscillator Clock Output
111 = Driven low

Configure output value for Sync pin, if used as an output
0 = Sync pin driven low in output mode
1 = Sync pin driven high in output mode (Default)

Configure direction of Sync pin
