In order to avoid breakages in loader design and to limit the loader lowering speed,
the loader shall be equipped with retarder valves in the lifting cavity of loader hydraulic cyl-
inders.
Loader design shall provide a possibility of fixing operating parts in transport posi-
tion.
To exclude contact and/or tractor and loader damages, minimum distances between the
tractor fixed elements and the loader coupled elements shall make not less than 0.1 m, and in
case of moving tractor elements– not less than 0.15 m.
A loader shall have the label "Maximum speed limitation" and necessary warning la-
bels, for example "To be fixed". Limiting values of load-carrying capacity shall be specified
in visible spots of the loader operating equipment.
ATTENTION: INSTALLATION OF MOUNTED FRONT LOADERS OF VARIOUS
MANUFACTURERS IS ALLOWED ON TRACTOR BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820, IF IT IS
PROVIDED FOR IN TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THESE LOADERS!

5.10.2 Safety measures to be taken when operating tractors BELARUS-
80.1/82.1/820 with loader installed
When operating with the loader installed, it is necessary to check tightening of fasteners of
the loader mounting frame and tractor wheels, and tyre pressure on shift-time basis.
During operation with the loader installed, it is required to observe safety require-

Additionally, during loader operation, it is forbidden to:
- uplift load with weights exceeding those specified in the loader's Operation manu-
al;
- fill the loader bucket at tractor full speed, and to work on soft soils;
- place the bucket outside the slope crest when throwing off soil aslope (in order to
avoid tractor slipping down);
- transport load in the bucket with the maximum loader arm reach;
- work with cracks on rims and with tyres damaged up to the cord or with perforation
damage;
- leave the operator's seat when the load is lifted;
- make all types of turns and reverse movements when operating parts are sunk in
the material;
- operate when lights, warning/flashing system, steering or brakes have failures;
- carry out operations at nighttime if electrical equipment is faulty and the working
area does not have sufficient lighting;
- lift people with the loader;
