3.4.5.4 Rear axle differential lock cable control adjustment

For normal operation of differential lock cable control it is necessary to adjust cor-
rectly relative position of handle 9 and valve-cock 1 of the lock sensor.
To adjust cable control of differential lock proceed as follows:
- turn valve-cock 1 (figure 3.4.5) clockwise against the stop (into position "off");
- secure cable 2 in fixator 3 by screw 4;
- pull coupling 5 so as to tighten cable 2 and secure in this position by screws 6, in
this case pin 7 has to reach in the groove of guide 8 forward against the stop, that is han-
dle 9 is set into the position "Differential lock off";
- set handle 9 into the position "Differential lock automatically on", in this case
valve-cock 1 has to turn into the position "ON".
To check the correctness of adjustment bring handle 9 out of the guide groove,
turning it by 90° anticlockwise, in this case the handle by the action of the spring has to
shift forward against the stop, and valve-cock 1 has to turn into the position "OFF".
